Description
After a briefing of your stay and the delivery of your Road Book, you begin with a traditional dinner near your hotel.
On the second day, you take possession of your vehicle and set off towards the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. Your guide guides you through the twists and turns of the Route des Grands Crus. You make a first stop for a tasting of Burgundy wines. You will then discover the techniques of « cavage », the method used by truffle dogs to find Burgundy Truffles. You then taste the truffles during an All Truffle lunch. For your afternoon, go to the Cassissium, the tour of the « Vedrenne » liqueur factory, for an immersion in the world of Cassis. You then leave for another wine tasting, then for dinner in a gourmet restaurant.
On the third day, you visit the Château du Clos de Vougeot, accompanied by a passionate guide, to immerse yourself in the history of the Climats of Burgundy. After a traditional lunch, you can continue your discovery by visiting the abbey of Cîteaux, for a new part of the history of Burgundy, and also for a discovery of the famous cheese made in the abbey.

This package includes accommodation in a *** hotel. The ride on the Grands Crus road is done by bike.

- The Premier Cru formula
This formula includes accommodation in a **** hotel. The ride on the Grands Crus road is done aboard a collection 2CV.
The restaurants, chosen with care, are in line with the formula.
- The Grand Cru formula
This formula includes accommodation in a 4 or 5 ***** hotel. The trip on the Route des Grands Crus is done aboard a high-end minibus and is completed by a 15-minute flight over the Côte de Nuits aboard an R44 helicopter (or squirrel, depending on the number of people) .
The restaurants, chosen with care, are in line with the formula. The restaurant on the second day is a Michelin starred restaurant.
