We have concocted a day of discovery of the Côte de Beaune through its castles. Start with the Château de Saint-Aubin, to initiate your taste buds to the subtleties of tasting. Continue to the Château de Chassagne-Montrachet and its famous colored barrels. The tasting will continue during lunch in Puligny-Montrachet at the Bistro d’Olivier Leflaive.
The afternoon program consists of a visit to the 12th century cellars of the Château de Meursault, as well as a tasting of one of their appellations. You end this day of oenological discovery at the Château de Pommard for a final tasting.
This service is accompanied and includes transport by top-of-the-range minibus or vintage 2CV.
Château de Saint Aubin

Château de Chassagne-Montrachet
Located today in Chassagne-Montrachet, the Domaine Famille Picard was founded in 1951 in Chagny. In 1997, the family bought Château de Chassagne-Montrachet. Through passion, courage and stubbornness, Michel Picard has built over the years a family winery recognized by his peers. Today, there are 140 hectares of vines spread over 4 estates between the Côte Chalonnaise and the Côte de Beaune, which Francine Picard manages in full. The Domaine de la Côte de Beaune is called « Au Pied du Mont Chauve », the latter being the nickname given to the hill of the famous Montrachet.

In a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, the sommeliers are busy at the bar or around the tables during this « lunch-wine tasting »: we compare, we taste, we analyze, we exchange, we are passionate about each for himself but all together for the house wines, accompanied by the Chef’s « Bistro » menu.
Château de Meursault
Rich in a thousand years of history, the Château de Meursault follows an approach of excellence in respect of nature, the environment and the climates. With the 2022 vintage, the entire vineyard of Château de Meursault is conducted in organic farming. In this mythical place of Burgundy, you will discover the history of the estate and its wines, the know-how and the agro-ecological commitment thanks to a journey in our gourmet forest.

Château de Pommard
Located at the foot of the Pommard hill, our vineyard derives its complex soils from alluvium, sand and gravel washed down by the Avant-Dheune several millennia ago, to form a cone of dejection conducive to the cultivation of vines. The precious terroir of Pommard and its 27 climats have been carefully cultivated and preserved for thousands of years by the families of winegrowers. But it is the 150 million years of history of the planet and the richness of these famous soils that have largely contributed to the reputation of our Clos Marey-Monge.
