Exceptional weekend on the Côte de Beaune

Description

Set off for a turnkey weekend to discover the Côte de Beaune.
Enjoy two exceptional days combining cultural discoveries, wine tasting, roaming on the Grands Crus route and gastronomic discoveries.
Start your stay with a traditional dinner in the heart of Beaune. Stroll through the pedestrian streets on the way back to your hotel.
On the second day, you take possession of your vehicle and set off towards the Cité des Climats et des Vins de Bourgogne. This immersion in the Climats of Burgundy is extended by a walk on the Route des Grands Crus. Your guide guides you through the twists and turns of the mythical road, and you stop to visit a castle and have a wine tasting. The day ends with a gourmet dinner.
On the third day, you learn the secrets of making Fallot mustard. You stop for a quick lunch and end your stay with a visit to the Hôtel-Dieu, through the eyes of our passionate speaker guide.

• The Premier Cru formula

This formula includes accommodation in a **** hotel. The ride on the Grands Crus road is done in a vintage 2CV.

The restaurants are carefully chosen according to the formula.

• The Grand Cru formula

This package includes accommodation in a ***** hotel. The trip on the Route des Grands Crus is done aboard a high-end minibus and is completed by a 12-minute flight over the Côte de Beaune aboard an R44 helicopter (or squirrel, depending on the number of people) .

The restaurants are carefully chosen according to the formula. The restaurant on the second day is a Michelin starred restaurant.
